INDX Shows | Guess to headline summer 2025 shows
In exciting news for this season’s INDX shows, global icon Guess will be exhibiting at the INDX National Menswear Show from 13-15 July 2025, and INDX Woman from 20-22 July 2025.
This latest development comes after the recent announcement that Guess, a $3 Billion global business with unparalleled brand awareness, has joined forces with Associated Independent Stores (AIS) – the UK and Ireland’s leading buying, services, and event group, and owner of the INDX Shows portfolio
Becoming an AIS preferred supplier is just one part of the brand’s expansion strategy. We caught up with Hugo Deane and Michael Shalders, Co-Founders of Love Brands - the award-winning multi brand fashion sales and distribution agency, to discuss their plans for Guess in the UK and Ireland:
Q: What are the Guess brand's USP's?
Guess maintains a unique position in the UK retail landscape, offering high quality product at a competitive price point, with excellent brand awareness.
Coupled with the power of the Guess brand, we also work with our retail partners to offer unrivalled international, regional and local marketing to ensure good sell through, local exclusivity and high exit margins.
The collection is structured to offer four retailer focused collections per year across all divisions including accessories, apparel, jeans and footwear.
Plus, Guess offers a good percentage of carry over product, that can be replenished across all divisions and these lines do not require marking down, helping to maintain retailers’ overall margins.
Q: Guess has recently become an AIS preferred supplier, what are you looking forward to exploring through this partnership?
First off, we’re very excited to be introducing leading brand Guess, to AIS – the UK and Ireland’s leading fashion buying group for independent retail.
We’re focused on growing the Guess business within the AIS network by expanding into regional Member stores we are not yet trading with.
With a strong presence already established in key own-bought AIS locations, our goal is to build on this success by introducing the brand to new doors across the wider AIS group.
Q: Guess will be headlining the INDX National Menswear Show and the INDX Woman show this season. What motivated you to choose INDX?
We’re focusing on targeted expansion across the UK and Ireland and we’re looking to develop tangible, long-term partnerships with credible, well-respected retailers.
Exhibiting at INDX Shows is not only the next natural step in growing the partnership with AIS, but it’s also a great opportunity for connecting with UK and Ireland independents.
Existing customers already visit INDX, so it has proven synergy and the timing and location of the shows work for us too.
Plus, with its reputation for business and buyer focused trade shows INDX is a great fit for the Guess brand - we’re interested in having serious business conversations with serious retailers.
Q: Tell us about the ranges you’ll be showcasing at INDX this season. What are some of the highlights attendees can look forward to seeing?
We’re excited to debut the new Guess Jeans division for both menswear and womenswear, and the upcoming INDX Shows mark the first time this collection will be showcased at a UK trade show.
Alongside the debut of Guess Jeans - which delivers a more casual look and feel, attendees visiting the INDX National Menswear Show can also look forward to exploring the re-launch of the Guess mainline collection for men. This elevated range highlights refined design elements and is complemented by standout accessories that complete the signature Guess lifestyle aesthetic.
Retailers visiting INDX Woman are also in for a treat, and alongside the denim range, the womenswear presentation will feature highlights from the footwear collection, the latest handbag styles, and the Guess mainline collection, which brings a more feminine, elevated aesthetic to complement the casual jeans offering.
Returning to West Midlands event home Cranmore Park, INDX shows are open to all retailers, free to attend, with free onsite parking and complimentary refreshments.
