INDX Shows are open to all retailers. You do not need to be an AIS Member to attend INDX Shows, however some shows hold exclusive AIS Member-only days (please check the registration page for further details).
INDX Shows do not allow admission to general public, students, manufacturers, designers etc.
If you would like to visit INDX Shows as a potential exhibitor, please pre-arrange an appointment slot via the Contact Us link.
Cranmore Park has its own onsite car parks, free of charge to visitors of INDX shows.
There is an unattended cloakroom which you are welcome to use, however anything left there is done so at the owner’s risk.
Visitors to INDX Shows enjoy complimentary barista refreshments (served daily), plus free breakfast pastries. Water dispensers are situated around the venue and there is also a vending machine for the purchase of snacks and canned drinks.
Lunch can be purchased (card payments only) from our Dining Room(s). Choose from a tasty selection of locally sourced, freshly prepared hot and cold options. If you have specific dietary requirements, please advise a member of the reception team on arrival.
INDX shows are not suitable for babies, children under the age of 16, or pets (assistance/ guide dogs are permitted).
INDX shows are busy environments attracting large crowds of people and this restriction is in place for the safety and enjoyment of all.
Admittance will be refused to anyone arriving with babies, children, or pets.
To receive your free entrance ticket and for fast-track entry to the show, we request that all visitors pre-register.

When you register online you will receive a notification email confirming receipt of your registration. On approval of your registration, you will receive an email containing your entrance badge, ready to download and print.
If you haven’t received your e-badge within 7 days of the show, please first check your spam/junk folder and then contact info@indxshows.co.uk for further assistance.
Cranmore Park is an accessible venue with disability car parking spaces close to the main reception, a lift to access the first floor and toilets located on the ground and first floors.
Cranmore Park operates a no smoking policy throughout the venue. This includes E-cigarettes and vaping. Smoking is permitted outside the venue only in the designated smoking shelter at the front of the building.
