Welcoming an Upbeat Buyer Footfall | INDX Woman Summer Showcase

INDX Woman returned to Solihull event venue Cranmore Park, from Sunday 20 July to Tuesday 22 July 2025, welcoming an upbeat footfall of buyers from across the UK and Ireland.

As part of the INDX Shows portfolio which is organised by Associated Independent Stores (AIS) - the UK and Ireland’s leading Buying, Retail Services, and Event Group, the show was well attended by AIS Members including Jarrolds, Morley Group, Ulster Stores Group, Menarys, Roy's, Browns, Barbours, Smith Bradbeer’s, Austins and Creasey's, along with a wide selection of independent fashion boutiques and National retailers including Frasers Group.

Over the three-day event the bustling exhibition halls showcased over 110 brands, with headline newcomers such as Guess and French Connection, who were supported by an unmissable core of key returning exhibitors including Joules, Fransa, b.Young, Joe Browns, Brakeburn, Lily & Me, Alice Collins, Pomodoro, Godske Group, Vero Moda, JJXX, JDY, BTX Group, Lunar, Caprice, Nova Leathers, Dreams, Envy Bags, Luella Grey and Gianni Conti.

Making their INDX debut, exhibitor Michael Shalders from Love Brands representing Guess said:

We've opened new accounts and had some positive conversations with prospective customers. You have to be here to generate business.

Visitors were delighted with this season’s selection of new brands, and also praised the show's environment and location:

Buyer, Choo Choo Boutique:

It’s really nice to see new companies here, [such as] French Connection and Guess – it is nice to see new things.

Buyer, Ragdale Hall:

It was nice to see newer brands this year - for instance French Connection and Bart's Amsterdam. it was great that Bestseller Group had a large stand too.

Buyer, No 1 High Street:

This was my first time at INDX, because one of my suppliers asked if I was going and advised me to attend. It is closer than other trade shows and is much more accessible. It is very busy but chilled out for a trade show.

Buyer, Zor Boutique:

We have always attended INDX because of its smaller and intimate nature. We are here to write orders, and to see what other people are buying, too. It's also a good opportunity to speak to other business owners and see how trade is.

BDA Trend Presentations

This season, attendees were treated to exclusive SS26 trend presentations from leading forecasting agency BDA London, whose Trend Hub platform is trusted by major retailers and brands across the industry.

Specialising in translating trend insights into actionable guidance, the BDA team selected their top picks and must-haves from across the collections on display at the show and were on hand to offer retailers advice and guidance on the season ahead.

James Crabtree, Head of Fashion at AIS and curative lead of INDX Woman said:

We were incredibly happy to introduce a raft of debut exhibitors to the SS26 edition of INDX Woman, including French Connection, Guess, Bleubird, Nova London, Urban Bliss, Love Rocks, Betty Basics, and One Summer - all selected to strengthen and complement our existing brand mix.

To enhance our visitors’ experience at the show we have been working with London Trend agency BDA, to deliver the season’s highlight trends in a useable format for retailers to incorporate into their SS26 buying strategies

The team from BDA reviewed the up-coming season’s ranges from our INDX Woman exhibitors, paired them to the key trends, and then presented this back to the visiting Buyers - enabling the Buyers to see and understand the trends and then walk into the showroom to buy that product for their stores.

This new initiative received resounding appreciation from the attending Buyers in reinforcing their knowledge and then highlighting brands that have interpreted it into their new collections.

Networking Social

Visitors and exhibitors joined the INDX team for the after-show Networking Social, which took place onsite at The Loft bar and eatery after the show on the Sunday evening.

An informal opportunity to get together and catch up with drinks, canapes, and live music, the event was well-attended and enjoyed by all.

Retailers visiting the show on Monday were also treated to an award-winning Lanza's ice-cream - a great way to celebrate the summer season 2026 collection.
