INDX National Menswear Show July 2025 | Show Report
The recent 3-day INDX National Menswear Show recently took place at Cranmore Park in Solihull, welcoming a positive crowd of retailers who travelled from all across the UK and Ireland, and recording a 15% increase in footfall.
Over 150 brands were in attendance with collections traversing suiting, formal attire, casual lifestyle labels, accessories, essentials, nightwear, and footwear.
Long standing show supporter Tom Codd, who was in attendance representing leading lifestyle brand Original Penguin commented on the positive vibe felt throughout the exhibition halls:
The INDX National Menswear Show is a show that in my 7 years at Original Penguin, has never been more important to exhibit at. The transparency from brand to brand in a difficult market has become less tribal and more open resulting in a really positive environment.
The location acts as our 3rd showroom in the heart of the midlands to service existing customers and guaranteed to open new doors from the UK and Ireland. As always, Up the trade shows!
Drapers Award-winning brand Weird Fish, also had a great show recording an 80% spike in orders being written, with 5% of these being new customers. Head of Wholesale, Peter Derby said:
Every customer that approached the stand has written orders due to increased brand awareness, an increased commerciality of product range, and competitive pricing.
Roy Pow, founder of Roy Pow Agencies which represents German suiting brand Olymp, was also feeling positive about this season’s show.
It’s been more positive than past seasons. We’ve had two good days and opened 4-5 new accounts.
Meanwhile, visiting retailers were also on good form, with William Coe, MD, Coes commenting:
Spent two days at the INDX National Menswear Show with all the shop managers selecting product for SS2026. The trade show was truly inspirational, offering valuable insights and opportunities. It also allowed us to discover some hidden gems that we hadn't anticipated, making the experience even more rewarding.
Mariana Naclerio, Senior Buyer, Dune London was visiting the show for the first time:
INDX has solidified our colour palette for the season. [The show] has been great for inspiration and ideas and to see what’s going on.
BDA Trend Presentations
Attendees were also treated to SS26 trend presentations from leading forecasting agency BDA London, whose Trendhub platform is trusted by major retailers and brands across the industry.
Specialising in translating trend insights into actionable guidance, the BDA team selected their top picks and must-haves from across the collections on display at the show, and were on hand to offer Buyers advice and guidance on the season ahead.
