The INDX National Flooring Show Prepares 2026 Return with New Weekend Opening
The INDX National Flooring Show returns to Cranmore Park Exhibition Centre on 10 – 11 May 2026, introducing a highly anticipated new format.
Following extensive industry feedback, the 2026 edition will feature its first-ever Sunday opening, designed to provide independent retailers with greater flexibility and a more convenient buying experience.
As the UK’s premier trade show for the independent flooring sector, the event is curated by buyers, for buyers. Organised by Associated Independent Stores (AIS), the UK’s leading buying group for fashion, home, and leisure, the show serves as a vital hub for networking, trendspotting, and order-writing.
A Fresh Format for a Thriving Industry
The move to a Sunday–Monday schedule aligns the Flooring show with other successful INDX categories, says Jane Bartlett, Director of Events at Cranmore Park:
We successfully introduced the National Flooring Show to the INDX portfolio in 2024, and the independent retail sector has been quick to support it.
The new weekend option for 2026 will create an even stronger environment for successful business to take place.
What to Expect in 2026
Attendees can explore a commercially selected showcase featuring the latest innovations in carpets, rugs, laminates, woods, vinyl, LVT, underlays, and accessories. In addition to showcasing key returning exhibitors, leading brands, and new product launches, the show remains famous for its "business-first" atmosphere, offering:
Free admission and onsite parking: Ensuring a stress-free visit for all registered retailers.
Free digital Show Guide: Helping attendees plan a time efficient visit and make meaningful business connections.
Unrivalled Hospitality: Including free tea & coffee, barista options, and onsite farm-to-fork catering.
Networking Social: An informal drinks reception held on Sunday evening, allowing exhibitors and visitors to connect in a relaxed setting.
