Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older, except employees of Associated Independent Stores(AIS)/INDX and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw.

2. Entry:
   To enter the prize draw, you must register for a free ticket to the INDX National Intimate Apparel Show by midnight on 6th February 2025 via www.indxshows.co.uk and be accepted as a vetted buyer.
   Registration is free.
   Only one entry per person is permitted.
   Anyone who has already registered and been accepted as a vetted buyer will be entered into the prize draw.

3. Prize:
   The prize draw will award 2 prize(s), each consisting of £500 voucher redeemable at the Preferred Exhibitor of your choice (1 exhibitor only), exhibiting at the INDX National Intimate Apparel Show on 9 and 10 February 2025 only.
   The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   The prize needs to be redeemed at the INDX National Intimate Apparel Show only, with an order to the value of £500 made on the days of the show.
   No cash alternative will be provided if orders with the Preferred Exhibitor are cancelled or unfulfilled or in dispute.
   The draw will take place on 7 February 2025 at 11.00am at the AIS/INDX Shows offices.
   The draw will be conducted by an independent adjudicator.

4. Winner Notification:
   The winner(s) will be notified by., email within 24 hours of the draw.
   The winner(s) will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of notification.
   If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and may be offered to a reserve winner.

5. Reimbursing Exhibitor:
   Winners to notify the INDX National Intimate Apparel Show Event Manager of Preferred Exhibitor and to be present when winners undertake the order process whilst at the show.
   INDX National Intimate Apparel Show Event Manager to rebate the Exhibitor for the price of their booth to the sum of £500, with 14 working days.

6. Data Protection:
   Any personal information collected during the prize draw will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and in accordance with the INDX privacy policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy | INDX Shows

7. General:
   The promoter of this prize draw is the INDX National Intimate Apparel Show.
   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
   The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
   The promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into.
