Helen Masters has a 28-year track record in the retail banking and lingerie sector. Having started out on the High Flyer Programme at Santander Bank, and leaving after 10 years to fulfil her dream of establishing her own retail business 'Pudding lingerie'.

A huge success, Pudding Lingerie was awarded Industry ‘Best Newcomer’ in its first year, and was the UK’s biggest trade account for prestigious brands such as Lise Charmel.

On becoming a mum, Helen set up Pudding Lingerie Consultancy, and today uses her experience in buying, wholesale, omni-channel retail, start-up, scale-up, and business strategy, to help lingerie, swimwear, and nightwear retailers and manufacturers to thrive.

Helen is also a leader in sales and bra fitting training, through her uniquely tailored WOW FACTOR programme, a regular contributor to industry bibles Underlines (UK) and Best of Intima (USA), a mentor to start-ups across all retail sectors, a guest lecturer at universities including London College of Fashion, and a globally recognised industry expert.
